To guarantee the safety of the products and short shipping times we choose to ship only via express courier. We rely on various transporters to be able to offer the most advantageous solution to each customer.

Shipping costs vary based on the weight of the package but the thresholds remain unchanged throughout the national territory. Otherwise, if you ship to a country other than Italy, the shipping cost will vary. You can find detailed information on the customer service shipping page.
Preparing and shipping your package in the shortest time possible is one of our priorities. Generally, orders confirmed by 1pm Monday to Friday are processed and shipped the same day. The offices and warehouse are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, therefore orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the first working day. The expected delivery times are 24/48 hours excluding islands, Calabria or disadvantaged areas for which 48/72 hours are required. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays.

Yes, it is possible to make a firm deposit and go and collect the package at the courier branch closest to you. You can notify us of this requirement immediately after confirming your order by telephone or email.
For most areas in Italy it is possible to indicate a time slot for delivery as long as it is at least 4/5 hours.
Deliveries generally take place from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00.
When the courier collects your package you will receive an email with the tracking and data necessary to follow the shipment.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note to inform you of his delivery attempt. A second attempt will be made the next business day. If the package is found to be in storage (not delivered after the two scheduled attempts), contact us and we will arrange a new delivery date.
Of course, the billing address and shipping address can be different. During order confirmation you can confirm or change the shipping address.
Providing a telephone number to the courier can only facilitate delivery, however we remind you that contacting the customer by telephone is not an obligation for the courier.
