How does it work?
Place the order online, upon confirmation choose COLLECTION AT OUR OFFICE (instead of EXPRESS COURIER).
You can choose whether to pay for your order immediately by credit card or bank transfer or pay at the checkout upon collection.
How long will it take for my order to be ready?
If you confirm the order you can come and collect itBy 2pm on a weekday Mon/Fri the same afternoon, call us to check the time!
After 2pm between Friday and Sunday starting from Monday afternoon.
If you have chosen bank transfer as your payment method, the order will be processed and ready for collection on the day of accreditation.

Where should I go to collect my order?
You can currently collect your IperGems order at the HobbyPerline store. The shop is located in the industrial area of Monterotondo a few steps from Salaria, about 10min. from the ring road and motorway exit.
We are in Via Leonardo da Vinci 54, Monterotondo 00015-Rome.
We are open from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm.
